Spain adopted the community legislation on data protection under Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13, 1999, concerning the protection of personal data (LOPD). Said law places a series of obligations on any individual or corporation that processes personal data as part of its normal activities. Thus the LOPD seeks to guarantee and protect the privacy of any personal data provided by individuals in the course of normal business relations.

Thus whomsoever may desire so to do may exercise his/her right to access, rectify, cancel or contest any of his/her own data by sending a letter by writing to GS, LLEM, SL, c/ Legalitat, 64 local 10, 08024 Barcelona (Spain), attaching a photocopy of his/her Identity Document.
